Our design team currently consists of co-founders Julia and Paul, who both share a love of soft animals and functional design, and Hannah, a professional illustrator and plush animal engineer who turns visions into reality.

Each animal starts its life as a basic illustration; sometimes on paper, sometimes on an iPad. We've even scratched out rough designs in the sand when we're out in nature.

These basic illustrations are refined in Adobe Illustrator then sent to our manufacturing partners for review. After many iterations, we'll have a final prototype that's sent for testing and approvals.

Whilst the exact material composition may vary across our range, generally we use recycled polypropylene cotton as the stuffing, polyester as the fur and plastic beads as the internal stability weights.

Our manufacturing facility is in Nanjing, China. Co-founders Julia and Paul personally know the team involved in our production process, so our animals are in good hands.

All our furry friends are compliant with Australian and New Zealand safety regulations (AS/NZS ISO8124) and have been certified safe for children of all ages.

Our soft animals are generally suitable for dogs. However, we know that every dog is different and our animals might not stand much of a chance against canine friends with a more intense chewing style!

We care about your new friend as much as you do and want your new friend to arrive in the best shape possible.

Our animals are first carefully packed into their own soft cotton bag at our warehouse in Melbourne. Then they're placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect them on their journey to their new home.

All of the outer packaging we use is 100% recyclable.

We've partnered with Australia Post to get your new plush friends to your door.

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Generally we'll pack and ship orders the same day if your order is placed before 9am. Otherwise it'll be shipped the next day.

At the moment we don't have the ability to offer an open-to-the-public pickup service. However, if you're based in Melbourne and would like to pick up an order, get in touch with us and we can help arrange something.

Yes we do! We're currently shipping to Canada, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United States.

The Earth is a special place. We've tried to use as much recycled content in our animals without affecting their premium plush feel. This means we've been able to use recycled polypropylene cotton as the stuffing. When shipping your order, we also ensure that all our outer packaging is 100% recyclable.

Sadly, most recycling centres don't accept stuffed animals. However, Big W Australia has a 'Toys for Joy' program that enables you to recycle your pre-loved toys in store. Once collected the materials are separated, shredded and melted to create new plastic pellets.

Our small team currently consists of co-founders Julia and Paul. We both work across every aspect of the business from design through to distribution. Our pet Shiba Inu, Yoshi, has not yet been given a formal role, but he is constantly signalling his interest by chewing our prototypes.
