Julia is Furfolk’s Chief Cute Officer, armed with an unreasonably sharp eye for charm and a low tolerance for mediocrity. If it’s adorable, she spotted it first. If it’s not, it quietly disappears. She designs every Furfolk creature, ensuring each one passes the only test that matters: instinctive, involuntary “aww.”

Paul handles production, logistics, and other thrilling pursuits like sending invoices. He makes sure Furfolk creatures actually exist in the real world, arrive on time, and don’t accidentally live forever in spreadsheets. Occasionally spotted ensuring boxes are packed with suspicious levels of satisfaction.

Yoshi is Head of Quality Control, specialising in chewing prototypes and enforcing workplace tidiness through mild chaos. If it survives Yoshi, it’s probably ready. If not, back to the drawing board. He contributes little to logistics, but morale is high, and the studio floor has never been cleaner.
