We've partnered with Australia Post to get your new plush friends to your door.

Australia Post Regular: FREE anywhere in Australia.
Australia Post Express: $15 regardless of order size.

For custom shipping options or urgent requests, please contact us and we'll get back to you in a jiffy.

All international orders are shipped with Australia Post Express and generally take between several days to two weeks to arrive.

Shipping is FREE for all orders of four animals or more to all countries except the US.

For orders of less than four animals, the following flat shipping rates apply:

Canada: $40
China: $40
Hong Kong: $25
New Zealand: $20
Taiwan: $25
United Kingdom: $40
United States: Varies due to import tariff charges. Exact landed shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging

Each animal is slipped into their own soft brushed cotton bag prior to shipping to keep them clean.

We re-use cardboard boxes whenever we can. Your new friend might arrive in a banana box, a wine carton, or something else entirely. Same plush animals, slightly more adventurous packaging.
