We've partnered with Australia Post and Startrack to get your new plush friends to your door. For custom shipping options or urgent requests, please contact us and we'll get back to you in a jiffy.

  • Australia Post

    Australia Post (regular shipping): FREE anywhere in Australia. Generally takes two to seven business days to arrive.

  • Startrack

    Startrack (premium next day service): $15 flat rate. Generally arrives the next business day or within two business days to rural areas.

International shipping

International orders are shipped with Australia Post Express, come with a tracking number, and generally take between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.

Packaging

We care about your new friend as much as you do and want your new friend to arrive in the best shape possible.

Our animals are first carefully packed into their own soft cotton bag at our warehouse in Melbourne. Then they're placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect them on their journey to their new home.

All of the outer packaging we use is 100% recyclable.
